Since 2011, we are continuing this news page with a view to facilitate students and people living in and around Jaigaon who cannot avail local informations. Keeping this in mind, at the beginning, we had created a Facebook account called 'Jaigaon Bhutan' and started uploading news every day. In few months this account got 5000 friends and number was increasing continuously. Viewing the demand for the news, we converted this Facebook account into a page. The growing love for the page has converted the 5000 friends into 50000 followers. This campaign of ours got flight when new pages started opening and various types of news were being uploaded there too. With the growth of the Facebook page, we noticed many objectionable comments about the name of Jaigaon Bhutan. For this very reason, we changed the name of 'Jaigaon Bhutan' to 'Jaigaon Today' which is still running with love and blessings of yours. Today we are very close to 1.5 M followers. 'Jaigaon Today' always respects your love and trust. This page is bound to share true news, facts and content with you.
