Born to a middle class family. My father was a driver and mom was small vendor (momo seller). My childhood has been really difficult because due to some unavoidable circumstances my father had to quit his job and had to remain jobless for years, and my mother was the only person who was taking care of the entire family. Hence, financial crises had a major impact on our family. Did schooling from Green View English School and higher secondary from Zenith English school. I use to help my mother at her shop since early days to support my family after my school, everyday till I finished schooling. I was an average student academic wise but very passionate about singing.
I took part in various school functions and curriculum activities. I always used to get appreciation for my singing from my school teachers and my friends which has always motivated me in persuasion of my music career. I finished my plus 2 in 2009 and
went to college and took up some part time job to help support myself to complete my college.
Even after the completion of my college I continued taking up various jobs to support my family financially but honestly speaking I never enjoyed at my work. Somewhere I was attracted to take up music full time. Hence, I moved to Siliguri and started meeting different pubs, musicians and started seeking jobs. I started performing with various bands also as a freelancer and finally I met my band members later we formed the band VEDANT and we started touring around the cities and playing in various pubs. I also started writing my own songs and releasing songs on my YouTube Channel. During that time I also decided to bring a next level milestone in my life by marrying my childhood love and love of my life Sangita Biswakarma. After few days of my marriage, we both have been blessed with our son Sreeyan. After my son's born, my life started changing in a whole lot different way for which I always credited my son being a lucky Champ for my life. After a year now I am here as a Contestant of super singer season 3 ( Star Jalsha ). Which has been my dream ever since I was young to perform in front of kumar Sanu. Guess what !!
I am here now getting appreciation from the man himself the king of melody Kumar Sanu Ji..
